Terms and Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all reservations made through the www.yavuzvip.com.tr website (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"). Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

The following definitions apply in these Terms and Conditions:

1. Definitions

The terms “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our” refer to YavuzVIP.

“Customer” means the person who pays for the Reservation.

“Passengers” means all passengers named in the Reservation.

“Lead passenger” means the first passenger named in the Reservation.

“You” and “your” refer to all passengers named in a Reservation.

“Transport Operator” means the professional transportation service provider who will perform the transportation.

“Reservation” means the transfer service reservation made through the Site.

“Transfer service” means the road passenger transportation service provided by us.

“Transfer Voucher” means the written confirmation of the reservation.

“Agreement” means the Reservation and these Terms and other applicable conditions.

3. Online Reservation Procedure

The person making the reservation must be at least 18 years old and is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. The contract becomes effective when your transfer voucher is sent by e-mail. In the event of the Transport Operator being unable to provide service, a full refund will be made.

4. Payment

We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards and bank transfers. Payments are made in Turkish Lira.

5. Changes

Any changes to the reservation details must be communicated in writing and approved by the Transport Operator. The first change is free of charge; Additional changes may incur an administration fee.

6. Cancellations

Cancellations must be notified at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within this period will be fully refunded; otherwise, no refund will be made.

7. Last Minute Reservations

Transfer requests will be evaluated according to the reservation time and conditions. The cancellation policy is valid regardless of the reservation date.

8. Changes and Cancellations Made by Us

In case of changes or cancellations in the Transport Operator's conditions, you will be notified as soon as possible.

9. Child Seats

Child seats are provided in accordance with local legislation. If a seat cannot be provided upon request, a refund will be made.

10. Child Pricing

All children in the vehicle are included in the passenger count.

11. Wheelchair and Disabled Passenger Reservations

Suitable transfer services for disabled passengers are provided where possible. Folding wheelchairs are accepted.

12. Pre-Booked Extra Stop

Extra stop requests must be in the same area as the main destination.

13. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is recommended.

14. Our Liability

We are only responsible for foreseeable losses or damages. We cannot accept liability for unforeseeable damages.

15. Force Majeure

We cannot accept liability for delays or cancellations due to force majeure beyond our control.

16. Communication

All communications regarding reservation information must be made via e-mail.

17. Transportation Services

Vehicles may be replaced with larger capacity depending on availability.

18. Baggage Allowance / Capacity

There is a certain baggage allowance for each passenger. Additional charges may apply for undeclared excess baggage.

19. Your Responsibility

It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information at the time of booking.

20. Right of Entry / User Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse carriage if passenger behavior is unsafe.

21. Complaints

Complaints must be submitted in writing as soon as possible.

22. Languages

The website and our customer support are provided in Turkish.

23. Intellectual Property Rights

Unauthorized use of the website content is prohibited.

24. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey and Bodrum Courts have jurisdiction over any disputes that may arise between the parties.
